Returns

Refunds

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us. 

Return Shipping

• If you are returning an item over £100, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We currently do not offer international shipping yet. This is due to change in 2026.
