Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Dalang Consortium. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 31 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Certain types of items are non-returnable, such as:

Digital downloads or software
Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive your item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are returning an item over £100, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
